1. Use of Our Website

You may browse, submit inquiries, and access our content for personal, non-commercial use. Don’t use our site for illegal or harmful activities (spam, hacking, scraping, etc.). We reserve the right to deny access to our site or services at our discretion.

2. Service Descriptions & Pricing

We offer elopement and micro-wedding photography and planning services in Colorado. While we strive to keep all information accurate and up-to-date, prices, availability, and offerings may change without notice.

Booking details, payment schedules, deliverables, and rescheduling or cancellation policies are defined in your signed client agreement and override anything posted online.

3. Text Messaging & Email Communication

If you opt in, we may contact you via SMS or email for communication about your inquiry or booking. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to end text messages or unsubscribe from emails at any time.

We don’t send spam, and we never sell your contact information.

4. User-Submitted Content

If you comment, submit a testimonial, or tag us in photos, you grant us permission to use that content in our marketing (with proper credit) unless you request otherwise in writing.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including photos, text, branding, and design — is owned by COOW or licensed for use. Please don’t copy, reproduce, or distribute it without written permission.

6. Payments & Refunds

Any payments made through our site (e.g., reservation deposits or packages) are subject to the terms outlined in your booking agreement.

Our liability is limited to the fullest extent allowed by law and always governed by the signed contract between us and each couple.
